Join Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Alpha Sigma Omega to learn about mental wellness. The Mental Wellness workshops provide community members with information and resources to help support mental wellness for themselves,  their friends, and families.

There will be activities for the entire family:

• Childcare will be offered for children ages 1-5. 
• Activities and sessions for school-aged children ages 6-11, and pre-teen/teens ages 12-17 will be available. 
• A keynote and breakout session will be available for adults. 

Light refreshments will be served.
